Steph Ellen is a trauma-informed nervous system mentor & healer who blends ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to empower highly sensitive high-performers to tame their inner critic & harness their natural genius.
In 2019, Steph was an anxious, burnt out veterinarian with massive imposter syndrome, a relentless inner critic and was fully subscribed to hustle culture.
It took a few nudges from the universe (including x2 stress fractures, burn out and a kick in the face from a horse!) to super-charge her personal development journey and dive head-first into healing.
Steph is a certified life coach, Aaruka® Healer, 350hr yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, equine veterinarian and life-long learner with a passion for educating and empowering others.
Steph's coaching style is a holistic blend of potent mindset work, subconscious reprogramming, energetics and working with the nervous system to transform your inner and external reality to x10 your productivity and success but with a deep sense of purpose and fulfilment.
